The service

Office Hockey Pool provides software for running private hockey pools. Results and statistics come from third-party data and may sometimes be delayed or wrong. We correct them as soon as we can, and standings follow the corrected data.

Money and prizes

• We do not collect, hold, or pay out entry fees or prizes, and we do not run any contest for money.
• Commissioners are responsible for any entry fees and prizes in their pool, and for following their workplace policies and the laws of their province or state.
• Pools are meant for people who know each other.

Accounts

Keep your password private. You must be at least the age of majority in your province to create an account. One person per account.

Pool Pass

A Pool Pass is a one-time payment that upgrades one pool for one playoff season. If something goes wrong with your pool because of us, email us within 14 days of the purchase for a refund.

Acceptable use

No offensive team or pool names, no automated scraping, no attempts to access other people's pools or accounts. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Trademarks

We are not affiliated with the NHL or its teams. Names of leagues, teams and players belong to their owners and are used only to describe real games.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
